(化名)，日前左胸滲出紅色分泌物，帶至醫院檢查，竟確診罹患乳癌，醫師表示，女童的病例極為罕見，在全球是第3宗患上乳癌的幼童。</p><p><br></p><p>據《現代快報》報道，妍妍的母親憶述，今年3月替女兒洗澡時發現其背心沾上紅色分泌物，幾週後左胸好像長了東西，用手摸上去，該「凸物」軟軟的還能移動，察覺不對勁，立刻帶她到醫院檢查。</p><p><br></p><p>報導指出，唐金海為妍妍做「切除病灶、同時保留乳腺腺體」的手術，因為一方面既要為幼兒徹底切除腫瘤，另一方面還要考慮到妍妍今後的乳腺發育、心理成長與生活等現實情況，必須要保留乳腺。目前妍妍的手術相當成功，已出院返家療養。</p><p><br></p><p>據江蘇省人民醫院病理學部張智弘教授表示，分泌性乳腺腫瘤的發病原因，目前尚沒有定論，可能與基因突變有密切關係。這種基因突變，可導致功能性氨酸激酶的產生，進而導致細胞的轉化，可能是分泌性癌的原發性遺傳性病變。</p><p><br></p><p><span>更多
